The "glue" that holds everything together at BMF, Rachel Truax joined our firm as Office Manager in 2007, quickly becoming indispensible to owners, employees and clients alike.

Completely and utterly unflappable, Rachel ensures the smooth operations of the agency's administration, handling scheduling, coordination and employee benefits, in addition to practicing her ability to find creative solutions to sometimes complex problems.

A New Orleans native and graduate of The George Washington University in DC, Rachel is proficient in Mandarin Chinese and came to BMF following overseas study and travel in China. When not problem-solving in the office or enjoying the company of her family, Rachel spends her time studying Chinese, creating art, and running, boxing or playing tennis.
