Lagasse, Inc.

Lagasse, Inc. is the industry's leading wholesaler of janitorial and sanitary supplies serving the distributor trade exclusively from 26 locations nationwide. The company's roots go back to 1947 when it was founded as Lagasse Brothers, Inc. It was acquired in 1995 by United Stationers Inc., a Fortune 500 company that is North America's largest broad line wholesale distributor of business products and a provider of marketing and logistics services to resellers.

Lagasse called upon the services of Beuerman Miller Fitzgerald to create a new brand for the company: re-design their logo and develop a slogan for use in all company materials, both for internal and for business-to-business marketing purposes. The challenge was to bring the corporate look into the 21st century without changing it so much that their existing customers no longer recognized it as the reliable source they had used for many years. After successfully executing the design and slogan in one pass, the agency was assigned Lagasse's entire marketing and advertising program, including ads for B-to-B publications, an annual catalog brochure and a corporate folder with multiple inserts.
